Proposed Network Mission:
To enhance the research and development capacity and apability in Australia for innovative, policy relevant, cross-disciplinary research conducted in the social sciences using spatially integrated approaches to provide am improved evidence-base for more meaningful understanding of the issues and challenges facing people and places in contemporary society.
Achieved through:
Sharing of information, methods and conceptual frameworks involving researchers located in key centres and individual researchers and maintaining links with end users.
